Seattle’s Best BBQ was established in 2011. I started my business from the ground up - selling on the side of the road in the Rainier Beach area. I worked small parties and special events, trying to save money to grow my business. Currently, I work mainly the Seahawks and Sounders games. Also, in Mercer Island for soccer little leagues. I cater private clubs and local food fairs. I specialize in slow smoked meats using a variety of fruit woods. I make my own barbecue sauce and paste rubs.
